We appreciate your support and desire to volunteer for the 2nd Annual Integrated Health Conference in San Diego, CA March 20-22, 2015.

We request you to fill out the form below with the level of participation you would like to be involved in.

As a volunteer, you will receive:

• 2 Conference Tickets to attend the Integrated Health Conference Weekend Presentations  (Full access to all presentations, though gala dinner event not included)
• Special Recognition for Being On the Team
• The Knowing that You Will be Making a Difference in Many People's Lives by Supporting this Much Needed Event

• Snacks and drinks throughout the days

• Discounted hotel rooms if you'd like to stay onsite

As we are still only a one year old startup company and focused on getting this important information about cancer out to the world, all other expenses will need to be covered by the volunteer.

The conference is taking place at the beautiful Town and Country Resort and Convention Center in San Diego.  It is a beautiful location and you can call them at (619) 291-7131 and mention the Integrated Health Conference to get discounted room rates of $139/night.  Rooms are limited - first come first serve.

Please know that the conference is dependent on the commitment of our volunteers.  If you agree to participate, and then don't show up, it would cause hardship on the entire team.  Please only agree if you are 100% committed to show up on pre-calls and at the event to help create a wonderful event.

Where is the conference located?

At the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center in San Diego, CA.  If you can't attend in person, you can signup for the livestream to watch online and own the video recordings.  Get your discounted rooms at the hotel while supplies last. 

Are the conference and the dinner in the same location?

Yes. They both happen at the Conference Center.

How much will this cost?

There are early bird specials happening now.  Check the web page above for all the details.

What if I want to bring a guest?

After you click on the ticket option you want to choose, you will be able to change the quantity to the number you want to order.

Can I pay with Paypal?

Yes, once you click the ticket option button, it will take you to paypal to checkout.

Can I pay with Credit Card?

Yes, once you click the ticket option button, it will take you to paypal to checkout. Then at the bottom right 2/3rds of the screen, you will see a blue link that says, "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card, or Bill Me Later"

Can I pay with a Check?

Not at this time, all orders must be paid online to confirm your seat.  Please note there are limited seats, so the surest way to reserve your seat is to pay online via paypal or credit card.

Is there a discount on hotel rooms for the conference?

How do I attend the Livestream?

Once ordered, we will email you a link to watch the Saturday March 21st - Sunday March 22nd livestream of the conference. You will need internet and a computer to watch.  If you are not able to attend the livestream, we will send you the recordings after the conference to watch at your leisure.
